The price includes: tourist tax, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, a reserved parking place for one car 150m from the house, air-condition. 

To finalize the reservation, an advance payment (25-30%), must be made, and the  rest is to be paid on the arrival day. The price is for minimum stay 7 days.
