Price stands for minimum 7 nights, otherwise 20-30% higher 

The price includes: tourist tax, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (unfortunately depending on infrastructure loads ), final cleaning, parking for ONE car, air-condition.

Pets + 10EUR/day (depends on period) 

To finalize the reservation, an advance payment (25-30%) must be made, and the  rest is to be paid on the arrival day.
