The price includes: tourist tax, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (unfortunately depending on infrastructure loads ), final cleaning, parking for ONE car , air-condition.

To finalize the reservation, an advance payment (25-30%), must be made, and the  rest is to be paid on the arrival day.
